Hardened and Ground CF53 Shafts
Hardened CF53 shafts have an induction-hardened surface and are manufactured to h6 tolerance. The hardening depth depends on the shaft diameter and is approximately 5% of the diameter. Hardened CF53 shafts are ideal for high-performance applications in linear guides, guide columns, straightening rollers, and tie bars.
We cut and machine hardened and ground CF53 shafts according to your specifications and drawings. The shafts are hardened at the edges and soft in the center.
