Hardened and Ground Shafts from X90CrMoV18
Hardened shafts made from X90CrMoV18 have high hardness and are manufactured to h6 tolerance. The hardening depth depends on the shaft diameter and is approximately 5% of the diameter. WRA shafts are ideal for linear guides, guide columns, straightening rollers, and tie bars.
We cut and machine WRA shafts according to your specifications and drawings. The shafts are hardened at the edges and softened in the center.
