Hardened and Ground WRB Shafts from X46Cr13
WRB shafts made from X46Cr13 are extremely hard, slightly corrosion-resistant, and manufactured to h6 tolerance. The hardening depth depends on the shaft diameter and is approximately 5% of the diameter. WRB shafts are ideal for linear guides, guide columns, straightening rollers, and tie bars.
We cut and machine WRB shafts according to your specifications and drawings. The shafts are hardened at the edges and softened in the center.
