Hardened, Ground, and Chrome-Plated WRV Shafts
Hardened and chrome-plated WRV shafts made of CF53 are extremely hard, highly corrosion-resistant, and manufactured to h6 tolerance. The hardening depth depends on the shaft diameter and is approximately 5% of the diameter. WRV shafts are ideal for linear guides, guide columns, straightening rollers, and tie bars.
We cut and machine the hardened, ground, and hard-chrome-plated shafts according to your specifications and drawings. The shafts are hardened at the edges and soft in the center.
